100 Amp Subpanel In Detached Garage

I want to add a sub panel to my attached garage.

I have 200 amp service to my home at an outside panel that feeds into the home. The 100 amp subpanel does not appear to have a grounding bus. Installing a sub panel for a garage electrical question. Single conductor 3 gauge thhn.
