2000 Ford F150 Door Locks Not Working

The power door locks dont work at all i have to use my key.

Power door lock repair i just did this repair on my 2001 f350 powerstroke 7 3l dually 4 door. When pushing either left or right door button there is a click in t read more. Its a real hassel. The door panel will need to be removed.

The automatic door locks do not work. Specifically when i press the button to unlock or lock the doors the locks don t respond either way. If this occurs you need to troubleshoot the power door locks and keyless entry remote on the ford vehicle. They do not respond to the remote.

The electric part of the locks do not work. I have a 2000 f 150 and the power locks are not working properly. Is that the most logical thing or is there something else i can try first. I am buying a 2000 ford f150 4x4 with electric locks.

Read that it might be an actuator problem not sure i can fix this. Checked the batteries in the key fobs checked the fuses checked the car battery.

The lock actuators are not hard to replace they are inside the door. Ford f150 lariat door lock problem. Step 1 change out the battery on the keyless entry remote control if the car is not responding to the buttons you press. This is due to the battery dieing.
