2005 Subaru Outback Roof Leak

After a recent hard rain i noticed that the floor in the cargo area of our 2014 outback was wet.

Sunroofs are a nice addition to any car because they give you the choice of letting the sunshine in and keeping the rain out. Inspection of the hatch seal did not show any damage so i decided the most likely location for the leak was from around the 3rd brake light. I was told by subaru dealer that there is a weep hole that gets blocked in the outside gutter of the car. I have a leak inside my outback when there is rain.

I am borrowing this subaru outback from my dad but it has a very wet interior that has caused the alarm to fault therefore i need to fix this before it cause. The downside is the sunroof might leak at some point.
